their eyes were watching god by zora neale hurston, is a beautiful book. it's romantic, dramatic, real, and has so many lovely lines that make your heart hurt when you read them. do you know what i mean? i could go on and on, but i won't. i'll just share some of my favorite quotes from the book over the next few weeks, and you can decide for yourself if it's worth reading.
