my style. swimwear and swimsuits. cutsie or classy?

i really need a new swimsuit! i'm not in the water very often, but with two little ones who love swimming, i expect i will be more than normal from now on. i'm not one to buy new swimwear every year. so the suits i currently have are rather old and don't really suit my "mom" body anymore! i think i've had one of them for over ten years!

i always struggle between cute and classy. i like unique clothes... always have... always will. i like quirky things. i feel like at my age i'm walking that fine line of "not young enough, but not old enough" to pull off a variety of looks. so... i'm looking for something that is:

1. still a little sexy, yet not too revealing.

2. young, but not like i'm trying to look like a teenager.

3. classy, but not matronly!

4. and i really hate shaving... you know... down there. so i'm partial to shorts styles.

oh dear! as usual my criteria is so picky! nevertheless, here are some of my favorites at the moment:

I loved the Queen of Heartz Blue and Pink Swimsuit and the Pret-a-Surf Dot Bloomer Swim Shorts. They both look classy and not to revealing. I cant wait to hear which one you choose. and thanks for giving me ideas on my own swimsuit this year ;)

I like that one a lot too, Kendra! I want to find out if it has a bikini like bottom underneath. Otherwise youd have to be careful about revealing things! ;)
