I'm still in love with stripes and chevron patterns. Can't get over them. I stumbled upon this dress/top featured on A Beautiful Mess and fell in love. I told Jay I may not be able to sleep until I have something similar...it's just one of those things...so if anyone sees one, LET ME KNOW!!!:
Then I stumbled on this picture/post at Maddie's Nest and fell in love again with stripes and chevron for interior decor. Isn't it just stunning?:
I'm so glad I found some very inexpensive chevron fabric for my bedroom curtains at a local fabric store...$5.49/yd...because it's difficult to find these types of fabric. I looked through Maddie's suggestions for chevron fabric and most of them are geared towards designers. However, she mentions Premier Fabrics who has quite a wide selection of chevron, stripes, and other really cool designs for reasonable prices. So if you're looking for something unique like this, check them out.
Now to find some knit chevron fabric to make that dress...
OK, that dress is absolutely adorable. You'll look fabulous in it once you've found the fabric and made it!
